Much of our business comes from personal referrals and repeat customers who have confidence and trust in our company, and we will work hard to make sure that you gain that confidence and trust in us as well.  As the general contractor, we will manage all aspects of the construction process, as well as provide accountability and peace of mind to the homeowner.

Our Business

Floor Value & Bartz Construction, LLC is a family business, owned and operated by Greg and Susan Bartz.  

Greg is a General Contractor who has provided general contracting services and home remodeling & repair services throughout central MN for over 20 years.

Who We Are

Since many of our projects throughout the years have involved kitchen and bathroom remodels, we wanted to offer our customers quality home improvement products as well, which would simplify the process of updating their home.  Many customers were not sure where to start looking for new flooring or a new counter top, or where the best prices might be.  With that in mind, we purchased a larger building in Howard Lake and are proud to introduce our Floor Value showroom offering you many fine choices in flooring, cabinetry and counter top products.  We provide the same quality choices as the larger companies at a competitive price, with the added convenience of a nearby location for the west and northwestern suburbs of the Twin Cities.  For projects that are too far from Howard Lake to be convenient for you, we offer "Design at Home" appointments where we will bring our product samples to you.  We have access to many different suppliers for everything from siding and gutters, to kitchen appliances and fixtures.
